Some new photo's

Here's our new puppy, Phanes (Fain). Asleep on his big sister Athena. My husband is loosing his mind. He decided he wanted a puppy, since Athena is so old now, she turned 1 on 12/22/05. So, 2 weeks ago I come home from work and Phanes was sitting in our house. Of course having a puppy is like having a baby, no sleep, constant cleaning up. but I am making Bob do it since it is his dog! Of course I find it hard to resist the little stinker at times.

The other picture is of our house. Today they put the brick on the front side of the house, not enough light to take a picture. Still no walls inside but maybe by March or April?

Another month gone by

Wow time sure flies by fast. Christmas was a fun time this year, with the kids and the new puppy and my baby turning 1 year old. Our house is coming along slowly but maybe by spring time we can move in. I haven't done much fire playing lately, I've been spinning and knitting. I am working on a shrug for myself out of Noro yarn, it is looking yummy. Will take a few photo's and post them another time.

I'm in the process of making sausage bread. My gosh it is good. Here's my recipe

Sausage bread

take frozen pizza dough, I used all 3 loaves let defrost and rise at room temp.
2 pounds of italian sausage, browned and drained, then add a bunch of garlic (you can never have enough), 2 packages of defrosted frozen spinach (10 oz each), mix together in the fry pan keep warm.
roll out each loaf of bread, spread some mozzarella cheese on it, put 1/3 of the meat/spinach mixture on top. Roll the bread around its filling, then put into a pan, sprayed with Pam, let rise again. I plan on baking this at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.. Kids are going bonko wanting it done now!
